Why we started.
India is aiming for 100 GW of nuclear capacity. That ambition needs tens of thousands of new engineers — but finding them, training them and matching them to the right employers has been fragmented for decades.
There was no modern platform dedicated to nuclear careers. So we built one: a place where students, professionals, companies, universities, training providers and government all connect around one shared mission.
